My first Splice (Work in progress)

Well first off, this is my first post in this forum, hello everyone!
Edit: Well after absent-mindedly posting this in the wrongth sub-forum I guess this is technically my second post on the forum. Not off to the best start D= /edit.

I'm pretty new to splicing, this is my first piece which is, of course incomplete. Made this thread to show the progress of my first splice as it goes along and have a place to ask for advice as I go.

Without further adieu here it is:


Current goals:
Well, for starters finishing adding/removing pokemon. I'm still juggling three ideas- either getting rid of the muks and making a lower torso, using the muks as some kinda skirt/waist, or saying it uses a drill like lower snake half to hold itself in place while battling.

Once I'm finished with all that, I'm planning on touching everything up. Removing unnecessary lines, chosing a color scheme, smoothing other things out, and just all around make it look like 1 pokemon.

I'm still debating whether to keep it looking like you can see that it's multiple pokemon or using it as a basic outline for my own pokemon creation. (see link for an example: www.youtube.com/watch?v=knJsmJ77KJI&feature=related)
