custom or edited trainer sprites

hey im new to the forums and i was a bit stuck on where exactly to put my pics so i just decided in the end to make a thread that was a bit more clear about where we put these specific things.
i decided about a week ago to have a go at making sprites of my band for fun and a pass time. then when i started searching for pokemon sprites to work on a found that there is actually a community for this kind of thing.
so i chose this forum after having a few attempts at custom sprites to see what people think.

all of the sprites below are of members of my band dreamcatcher, a melodic/symphonic type metal band from england. all of our clothing is based on our stage attire or what we would like to wear atleast haha! i will post them in order i did them.

alex - lead guitar
its obvious which sprite i used to make this one. the original already looked like him to an extent. i cut the originals hair and gave him a blazer type shirt and redrew the eyes and ofcourse re coloured him. because i was happy with the result of my very first attempt it was what convinced me to keep on to do the rest of the members!


ben scott - rhythm guitar
i redrew the head and hair, brought the arms down and recoloured it. i also did a version without the long coat but ben personally prefered this one.


Lucas - vocals
i cut some hair off and added some hair on. i completely redrew the outfit apart from the shoes which were just recoloured. i chose this sprite for him because the hair was very much like lucas' in real life and the pose is very apropriate for a front man.


Adele - keyboards
this sprite needest the least ammount of work. it already looked so similar to adele in real life that it was an obvious choice, even the cloths were near right! all i did was took the head things away, gave her shorter sleeves, took off the drapey back of the coat and cut her hair!


Rossi - drums (ME!)
i actually started this sprite second but it i started again twice and kept on adding and taking things away. by the time i was done it was the last sprite to be finished. i cut off the sleeves to make a t shirt i drew on the hair and used the head of another sprite with my trademark bandanna and recoloured everything but the jeans.
