You misunderstood my request. I'm asking somebody to make a new hero doing those actions. So I want a custom hero basically.

Yes. i can do custom trainers, Town's, regions maps, recolours and splices. I'm learning how to do overworlds. I could do yours, but i'm going on vacation soon so I wouldn't have time to finish.
