He's okay. Try making him look like a real sprite by making him smaller (80x80 pixels). If you're using Paint, try zooming in (magnifying glass) to make this easier.

Well, practice makes perfect. BUT if you have some good ideas, you can post descriptions and I'll take a crack at them. I will only take half credit. If you want to do this, put the descriptions on my topic: Pokemon Fakes & Scratches--Fake Pokedex from Scratch. ;D

Hmmmmm... an ice bird? Doesn't sound like something I would try. Give him icicle-shaped feathers and a big crest. Don't make him just plain blue, give him different colors.
