You know something more rare? It will be a shiny spiked eared Pichu. 
It requires a Pikachu colored Pichu. Take your Pikachu colored Pichu to Ilex Forest shrine. Then save your game first before press A to trigger a special event.
Then check your pokemon roster and check on your spiked eared Pichu. If she's (This Pichu is always female.) not shiny. reset the game, then choose continue.
Pretty hard to get, huh?
