to get lugia first you must speak to the fortune teller. she will tell you to hold out your hand and when you do she reads your future and she will always tell you your future is too fogy to read.

but when you beat the battle voyage 22 times,(the battle voyage is a huge boat that sails every week. everyone you ever battled will go there.including e-5 and 8 gym leaders. it will stop when you beat everyone on the ship in a row!) the fortune teller will finaly say the fog is clearing. then she begins to panic.

she says weird things like "the creator is warning us!" and "but CHARLIE is so young!" and "the wing! the silver wing!" then she runs around the room looking for something. then she runs to you and says: " The silver wing is the only thing! you are the only one! you have the sign! take this to the orange islands and save us all!"

when you head to the jet plane that flies you to the orange islands, your mother runs behind you and says: " are you crazy! flying in this weather!" she says that because the weather went crazy when you left the fortune teller. you tell your mother what the fortune lady said then she stops and calmly says you can go.

when you get there the hole place is frozen with ice but its still raining like hell.you fall into a crack in the ground. you then land in a cavern filled with water and pieces of land. you make your way into the end and you find a statue of lugia as you walk up to it everything rumbles and the silver wing glows.

the lugia statue shines then a huge flash of light covers it. when the light goes away you appear right in front where you first fell but something is different. the silver wing is missing and a tower shoots straight up from the ground. but its locked. you go around it and you hear a cry. lugia's cry. you run to the source of the sound. and there lugia, articuno, moltres and zapdos are flying in the air. when they see you they flee. except lugia stays and attacks.

when you finish the rain stops. and lugia is holding the silver wing. when you go to find the fortune teller, she disappears.
