if you want an item, use the key piece. the most important part of the sword.

like d/p, you need the regis to unlock final regi. the key piece, metal key, and ice hammer will fuse together to create the sword. the sword of regi.

regigigas is located on continent island.a HUGE island that at the entrance is a cave that goes down down down down etc. in the cave the only pkmn inside are unknown and bagon(located only in a certain room). in the end of the never ending tunnel/cave is a starcase. go up the short piece of stairs and magicaly you end up in a moss covered room with no cieling(like you magicaly shot up to the top of the island) in the middle is a colored rock and when you press a on it writing is written on it saying:"the creator of continents. master of rock, ice and steel. He is the king of regis. Regigigas." then it says ash(for example) plunged the sword of regi into the rainbow rock. then it glows. and regigigas walks towards you from the statue in the back of the room.

fight him then get out useing the escape rope located on the floor when you beat rigiguy.

ok the birds are located on orange island after going to their mountains. they flee and fly around the island like mesprit and creselia.

ok here's the girl for e-5. since 6 people are in the pokemon league, we should make it even. 3 boys and 3 girls. champion is gary. and that girl is kira. she's the 3rd.
