I already have an awesome trainer I made myself...plus, he looks like me, too! He's on my signature, unless I change it. If you can't tell, he's got a paint brush in his ear and paint stains on his shirt. Those are also my 3 starters.

You basically out together different parts of official trainer sprites then recolor with pokemon.
